At Adams Fast Foods we understand the need for you to have the best quality products at your store. So we understand that if for any reason you find that a product doesn’t meet your expectations you may need to return them.
As a valued customer of Adams Fast Foods you have the right to return any product at the time of purchasing. Even if you have any issues with price(s) charged or if you even feel that the product you ordered isn’t the right one for you. Simply inform the staff at the branch and we will ensure that amount that you have been charged for that product is refunded back to you. Please note the invoice number will be required. This is your proof of purchase so we ask that you keep the invoice with you for all return queries.
Although the goods you have received may not merit to the standard we uphold at Adams we have to make some hard choices. For your safety Adams cannot allow any returns for Chilled, Vegetable, frozen or raw meat products. These type of products are excluded from our returns policy. We do apologize for any inconvenience this may cause but this is to strictly comply with food safety regulations.
To make things easy for you Adams have adopted a 24 hours limit on all returns. If after the time of purchasing goods from the store you feel that a product doesn’t match your needs we ask that you simply call up or come back to the branch and inform us as to why you wish to return the product. This is so that we can ensure the mistake doesn’t occur again the future.
Once you have informed us of the return you can have a full 7 days to return the products with us. Simply bring the goods back to the branch you purchased them and we will issue you with a refund.
However when you do bring back any goods all we ask from you is that you ensure all goods when they are collected are in
- Resalable condition
- In the original packing that it was purchased in
- The product is still in date.
